Terms & Conditions
By downloading or using ArtDeco ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.
Your content
You keep all rights to the artwork you import and the mockups you create. You confirm that you have the right to use the images you import. The frames and room scenes provided in the app are licensed to you for creating mockups of your own work, including for commercial use such as product listings, but may not be resold or redistributed on their own.
Subscriptions
- Some features require a paid subscription. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Etsy
Connecting Etsy is optional. You are responsible for the listings you publish and for following Etsy's terms. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to infringe others' rights, to create unlawful content, or to reverse engineer or misuse the app or its services.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". Mockups are visual previews and may not exactly match real-world colours, sizes or lighting. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
